Abstract

This paper is part of an ongoing research work on corporate governance. Corporate governance and restructuring is the prime concern for the organizations. There are different reasons for organizations to go for corporate restructuring depending upon the circumstances. The authors explore the role of corporate restructuring and it's effect on the companies performance.
