Abstract
An international exhibition of glass and clay by 34 established and emerging artists from the North East UK and Washington DC. The work Booze Britain is exhibited in this group sham. The work consists of 6 porcelain wall pieces with digital decal imagery and gold lustre. The work uses images taken from a covert film made late at night in a UK city. The work aims to examine 'booze' culture and its celebration through television programmes and transpose it to the platform of commemorative ceramics.
