ReCoding the Wall: A Digital Making Day
Join Creative Fuse for the exciting ReCoding the Wall: A Digital Making Day to investigate, experiment with, and modify a new artwork by Cate Wilkinson and Colin Rennie. The artwork, Colour Field, is a large interactive LED wall, which will be on display at Sunderland Fab Lab at Hope Street Xchange especially for this event (previously displayed at the National Glass Centre).
Meet the artists, access the code and experiment with the hardware in a friendly and supportive environment – anyone with an interest in creative and/or digital making, with all levels of experience and skills are welcome.
The daytime activity will be followed by an evening showcase and discussion event, inspired by Helix Arts Digital Drop-In Events. This informal event is a great chance to share insights, ideas, and techniques, as well as hear from our panel of Digital Makers.
This free event is funded by the European Regional Development Fund via Creative Fuse, and is supported by Digital Catapult NETV. If you’re attending as part of a business, you may be eligible to receive business innovation support via Creative Fuse.
