The primary data was obtained from executives working in the IT industry and Fuzzy DEMATEL analysis was incorporated to generate results. The findings provided quite insightful perspectives on the success factors of the GVTs. The results identified that Overcoming perceived & temporal distance, Empowerment, Integrative approach, Member’s competencies, and Cultural intelligence are considered to be causal variables.
