Abstract
This report explores the intersection of neurodiversity and social care, focusing on the practices and strategies employed to support neurodivergent individuals within social care settings. The document provides an in-depth analysis of current methodologies, challenges, and successes in integrating neurodiversity into social care practices. It highlights the importance of personalised care plans, the role of caregivers, and the impact of societal attitudes towards neurodivergent individuals.
