Biography:

I'm senior lecturer in Computer Science, Fellow of Advanced HE and member of the Association for Computational Linguistic. I teach Computer Science modules at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and I supervise student projects (UG, PG and PhD). My research interest is in Artificial Intelligence (mainly, natural language processing, which I have extensively published peer-reviewed papers), Data Science (where I apply deep learning -machine learning algorithms- to big data) and Cybersecurity (largely dealing with cybercrime, cyber bullying and hate speech).
