Biography:
Dr Ian Pepper is an advisor on higher education within policing nationally and internationally. A former Principal Lecturer in Policing, Senior Lecturer, police trainer, CSI and fingerprint examiner, Ian is an advocate of lifelong learning. He is a highly experienced educator, researcher and leader within undergraduate, postgraduate and work-based higher education.
With experience in regional, national and international research, Ian's interests are focused towards policing and higher education, police leadership, volunteers within policing, evidence-based policing and graduate employability. Ian has edited and authored a number of books and over 50 peer reviewed journal articles.
