Biography:
Dr Ian Pepper is an advisor on higher education within policing nationally and internationally. A former Principal Lecturer in Policing, Senior Lecturer, police trainer, CSI and fingerprint examiner, Ian is an advocate of lifelong learning. He is a highly experienced educator, researcher, supervisor and leader within undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral higher education.
With experience in regional, national and international research, Ian's interests are focused towards policing and higher education, police leadership, volunteers within policing, evidence-based policing and graduate employability. Ian has edited and authored a number of books and over 50 peer reviewed journal articles.
