I am a passionate educator with a strong background in business management and sustainability. I hold a PhD in Business Management from Nottingham Trent University. My teaching practice emphasises experiential and problem-based learning strategies. My general research interests lie in the areas of sustainability transitions, theory of policy process, strategy and project management in industries such as the automotive industry, renewable energy, and oil and gas. From a theoretical perspective, I specialise in Multiple Streams Framework, Multi-Level Perspective, and Multi-Level Governance. The main research methods I apply span both the qualitative and quantitative domains, specifically grounded theory and machine learning. I have nine years of professional industry experience working as a research fellow, project manager, and consultant in strategy and operational management, primarily on energy sector-related projects.
