Biography:
Originally from France, Marion completed her postgraduate studies in Ireland and worked as a lecturer in the National University of Ireland, Galway from 2004 to 2012. She joined the University of Sunderland in January 2013. She obtained her early degree in the Hypokhâgne and Khâgne sections of the Université Blaise Pascal (Clermont-Ferrand, France) and holds a Masters in contemporary French literature, a Masters in contemporary English literature and a PhD in 19th-20th century French literature and Gender Studies. She is specialised in comparative literature, Gender studies and textual genetics.
