Biography:

Adelle Hulsmeier is a Lecturer in Performing arts and Drama at The University of Sunderland. She is a graduate of the University of Hull (BA (Hons) Drama and Theatre Studies) The Central School of Speech and Drama (MA Acting for Screen) and The University of Sunderland (PGCE/PCET and Diploma in English) Adelle is currently working upon her PhD in Shakespearean studies, looking at the idea of Shakespeare within community, applied and participatory settings. Adelle teaches on modules concerned with the theory and practice of acting and directing, popular performance, cabaret, Shakespeare and Television Drama.

Qualifications:

University of Hull (BA (Hons) Drama and Theatre Studies The Central School of Speech and Drama (MA Acting for Screen) The University of Sunderland (PGCE/PCET and Diploma in English and Literacy) Currently undertaking PhD at The University of Sunderland; looking at the idea of Shakespeare within Participatory Settings.
