Abstract
Churchill's portrait Ellie, 2021, from the Pandemic series, was acquired into the permanent collection of the Northern Gallery for Contemporary Art in Sunderland in 2024, in conjunction with The Skin We Live In: Portraits from the NGCA Collection exhibition. The acquisition places Churchill's work within a significant regional public collection alongside other major contemporary artists.
