Abstract
Encyclopaedia is an on-going body of work that records the artist’s daily experience of life as a perpetual foreigner. Images, texts, patterns are created, remixed, and fused together. A repository for knowledge, Encyclopaedia uses transparency to express the idea of seeing all the layers of information at once. The graphics are warped through the melting process, swimming within the glass.
This artwork was exhibited at the juried exhibition, Toyama International, at the Toyama Museum of Glass
