Abstract
Ten years after the first national EmOC assessment in Namibia, CMNH LSTM conducted a cross-sectional health facility survey which included:
A national referral hospital (NRH), all four intermediate hospitals, all 30 district hospitals,
All 43 health centres and
15% (45) of randomly selected clinics nationally.
Specific recommendations for policy and improvement of the quality of care was made for implementation at National and district levels.
District specific reports as well as a national report with facility fact sheets were produced.
