Abstract

This incredible hand-painted mural of the portrait, Melanie, March 2020 by Johannah Churchill was on display in Manchester’s Northern quarter as part of the Hold Still community exhibition. This new nationwide exhibition, supported by the Co-op, has been created to share the Hold Still images with as many people as possible and sees the final 100 selected portraits go on display across the nation.

Hold Still was an ambitious community project created as a unique collective portrait of the UK during lockdown.
