Additional Information: Discusses the Court of Appeal decision in which further clarification was provided regarding possession of terrorist information and articles offences under s. 57 and s. 58 of the Terrorism Act. The note comments on the minimal requirement for mens rea and the fact that criminality is potentially broadly conferred. Considers the applicable safeguards.
