Abstract
The artworks 'Vue Del a Mer' 2020 and 'The English Scene' (Past Present Continuous) 2018 are included in the exhibition Equivocal Beauties. The works present clay/ceramic as a political tool and explore an expanded critical discourse for the medium. Inherent qualities within the material processes and ubiquity of form are explored and implemented within a socio-political context. The works reference both contemporary and historical migration and immigration.
