Abstract

UK Organisations are facing increased uncertainty in terms of economic forecasts, increase national insurance payments, supply chain reliability, and changing workforce expectations. Many have invested significantly in quality assurance systems to gain greater efficiency savings (in terms of employee compliance and innovation) and in strengthening their profiles. However, in many cases the anticipated benefits do not always equate the initial quality investment returns. This presentation shares the implementation of the ‘Intrapreneurial 5 Step Process Improvement Model’, which compliments and questions the benefits of quality assurance systems, in being able to drill down to elicit latent employee motivations and a commitment to factor up strategic and operational innovative solutions.
