The chapter was invited by the editor, and peer-reviewed and edited. Christiane Paul is a leading curator, author and editor, and other chapters in the book include international authors and curators: Charlie Gere, Steve Dietz, Jon Ippolito, Sara Diamond, Caitlin Jones, and Tilman Baumgärtel. The book has proved popular, and has been produced in paperback. The book has been reviewed internationally, and the case studies particularly praised for sharing practical knowledge.
