Neurodivergent Educationand Knowledge Exchange Beyond the Academy

Keates, Nathan and Waldock, Krysia Emily (2025) Neurodivergent Educationand Knowledge Exchange Beyond the Academy. In: University of Kent Staff Seminar, Thursday 6th November, Online. (Unpublished)

Item Type: Conference or Workshop Item (Keynote)

Abstract

This presentation is divided into two sections. Part 1 introduces the books we have developed, outlining the rationale behind their creation, their significance within the field, and an overview of their core content. Part 2 focuses on interactive documents (iDocs), explaining what they are, why they were developed, and how they connect to academic literature and the themes explored in the books. Participants will be shown a QR code to access the iDocs and will have dedicated time during the session to explore these resources hands-on. This structure aims to provide both theoretical context and practical engagement, fostering a deeper understanding of the materials and their application.
