Abstract

This research is part of a project titled Pairings, initiated by MIRIAD MMU. This is an ongoing research project which began in 2009 between Manchester Metropolitan University, University of Sunderland, University of Falmouth and Swansea Metropolitan University. Work has been developed with textile and performance artist Louise Adkins to explore the nature of collaboration through dialogue and practice through the medium of light, glass and words using projected imagery. The results of our research will be presented in exhibitions, blog site, conference and publication.
